100 Words, 1 Minute Read: Being a "Problem Finder" | #30DBB - Day 20

This is day 20 of 'The Thirty Day Blog Binge." Learn more

In an institution like a school or district, it takes extraordinary courage to be the one to identify the problems that need to be solved.

When the solution requires examining existing structures, proposing new collaboration, and reallocating already scarce resources, problem finders will not always be appreciated right away.

But the health of the institution depends on their very existence.

In the end, only by identifying quality problems can we move forward, and only through creative solutions can enduring change happen.

For the futures of the children we serve, have the courage to find quality problems and solve them boldly.
